Winter Track

REGISTRATION - Coming in December 2024

WHO: Any athlete in grades 7th through 12th. The athlete does not have to be a student at Millard South High School or part of their school’s track and field team.

WHAT: Event-specific workout plans and rental of club jersey for competition. Pole Vault is not included.

WHEN: Recommended CSM Open Sessions (Tuesdays: 6:30-8 PM, Saturdays: 10:30-12 PM)

WHERE: Lied Fitness Center at College of Saint Mary – 7000 S 72nd St

COST: $0 per athlete (plus $5 per open session and $10-15 per competition event)

COMPETITION: There will be competitions available at College of Saint Mary and Concordia University. Competition fees will be paid at sign up for each competition. 

*In the past, competitions have been open to 9-12th grade athletes. 

TRANSPORTATION: Athletes will need to provide their own transportation. We can help coordinate some contacts to assist with teammates carpooling.
